Privacy notice: invitation waitlist
In effect from 16 August 2026
This notice covers one thing only: the invitation form on this site. It is not a full privacy policy, and it does not cover the Mula application or product passports.
Who processes your data
PT Nara Inovasi Indonesia, the legal entity behind Mula.
What we collect
Your brand name, email address, product category, and the one optional sentence about what you make. Nothing else. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this form.
Why we collect it
To contact you about an invitation to Mula, and for no other purpose. We do not send newsletters, we do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
The basis for processing
Your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it costs you nothing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.
Where it is stored
In our database, hosted by our infrastructure provider. The waitlist cannot be read from the public site: the site can only write to it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
